Eric Weaver, CEO Transparent Path spc ERIC WEAVER is a digital transformation veteran who has spent 30 years counseling large enterprises and governmental agencies on either disrupting markets or dealing with disruption. Weaver leveraged his first career in enterprise software development to become one of the very first digital marketers in 1990, after which he has served as CEO, chief strategist, creative director, and client lead for major management consultancies and ad agencies. He has counseled the leadership teams at over 80 blue-chip brands on everything from brand building to digital operations to IoT use cases – and has built and led creative, production and strategy teams in London, New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Seattle, Detroit and Cincinnati. Most recently the VP of the Xerox Customer Experience Practice, Weaver oversaw the company’s $550M marketing services team and led efforts around digital ledger technologies. He left Xerox in 2018 to launch Transparent Path – a technology provider creating a more agile, resilient and certain supply chain for food. Combining a unique combination of sensors, edge computing, and predictive intelligence, the company lets customers know when something goes wrong in the supply chain, act to correct the issue, and anticipate future issues before they occur. Weaver has been twice recognized as one of the “Top 50 Marketing Thought Leaders Over 50” by Brand Republic, and has been quoted in AdAge, BusinessWeek, Forbes, Fortune, Hoover’s, Huffington Post, Inc. Thomas Kolbusch, Vice President Coatema Coating Machinery GmbH Thomas Kolbusch is Vice President of Coatema Coating Machinery GmbH, an equipment manufacturing company for coating, printing and laminating solutions located in Dormagen, Germany. Dr Matthew Dyson, Technology Analyst IDTechEx Dr. Matthew Dyson has an MRes and PhD in physics from Imperial College London, in which he specialised in printed electronics, specifically processing-structure-property relations in organic semiconductors. More recently, he completed two years post-doctoral research at Eindhoven Technical University/Holst Centre, primarily investigating trap states and their effect on organic photodetectors. Over this period he has co-authored 13 scientific papers, collaborated with multiple institutions around the world, and presented his research at a variety of international conferences. At IDTechEx, Dr. Dyson analyzes companies in the printed/flexible electronics space across the globe, assesses new technologies from both a technological and commercial perspective, and identifies challenges and trends. His recent work has covered flexible hybrid electronics, printed and hybrid sensors, 3D electronics, and materials for printed electronics. |

Eisuke Tsuyuzaki, GM Bayflex Optics Eisuke Tsuyuzaki resides in the San Francisco bay area and is the founder of Bayflex Solutions, a systems integrator and data analytics software developer in flexible hybrid electronics, with distribution in North America and Europe. Currently, he serves in SEMI’s FLEX executive planning committee and IPC standardization activities. Additionally, Tsuyuzaki is the founding managing partner of Nikkei Ventures, bridging US start-ups with Japanese companies in early stage investments. Previously, Tsuyuzaki was the Chief Technology Officer at Panasonic North America where he led numerous new consumer and enterprise products and services from concept, standardization corporate partnerships and market development. Before joining Panasonic, Tsuyuzaki held executive positions at Sony Corporation and Sony Pictures including as Senior VP of Digital Operations and Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Tsuyuzaki holds a BSc in economics from Tokyo’s Sophia University and graduated from the Stanford graduate school of business. He is currently CEO at Omniply Technologies. He previously served as a Senior Vice President of Product, R&D, and Commercial at AerNos. Prior to that he was General Manager for E Ink’s Digital Signage Business Unit and had various R&D positions at Corning Inc., in advancing next-generation display materials. At E Ink he played an instrumental role in developing and launching the world’s first electronic paper eReader display to the marketplace; where revenue grew to $500M+.
